CaptionPilot is in a private Windows beta
A public installer isn't available yet. Join the beta to get access — once you're approved, your download link appears in your dashboard. The installer is never a public link during the beta.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- OBS Studio (or any tool that supports browser sources) for the caption overlay
- An approved CaptionPilot beta account
- An internet connection — captions are transcribed in real time
Setup steps
- Get approved for the beta and sign in to your CaptionPilot dashboard.
- Download the installer from Dashboard → Download and run it.
- Launch CaptionPilot and log in with your CaptionPilot account.
- Start a capture session, add your overlay browser source in OBS, and go live.
