Quick help
Desktop app won't connect
Check that you're logged in with the same account as the dashboard and that your network allows WebSocket connections. Restarting the app re-establishes the session.
No system audio detected
Make sure the app has started a capture session and that audio is actually playing. If you use multiple audio devices, confirm the system default output is the one your stream uses.
Overlay not displaying captions
Verify the browser-source URL in OBS matches the one in Dashboard → Overlay, and that a capture session is running. The overlay background is transparent by design — test with captions actively flowing.
Wrong game terms
Enable the preset for the game you're streaming in Dashboard → Presets, and add your own terms in Dashboard → Dictionaries. Correction Lab helps you find and fix recurring errors.
Account or login problems
Use the same email you signed up with. If login fails repeatedly, try again from the homepage Log In link — and contact support if the problem persists.
Billing questions
Plans and invoices are managed in Dashboard → Billing through the Stripe customer portal. Prices and limits may change during beta.
Correction Lab questions
Correction Lab recording is opt-in. You can review raw vs corrected transcripts, enter a verified transcript, and measure improvement from Dashboard → Correction Lab.
